This is a studio unit with partition, but most of the time sold by developers as a one bebroom unit. The apartment was delivered with the kitchen cabinetry and a small closet. The unit is ideal for one to two persons.

This is a low to moderate budget project and the owner had the purpose of eventually renting out the unit.

The 27-sqm unit has a good view of the Rockwell commercial center and a 4-5 sqm balcony making the livable area around 22-23 sqm only.
The Partitions are made of sliding glass doors and were covered by curtains for privacy.
A breakfast nook was built beside the kitchen with recessed storage.
The bed with headboard and lighting were customized along with the small working table beside the closet.
The main feature of the house are the repainted brick tiles to go along with the Navy blue accent walls.
