This is a small 2 Bedroom unit at the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Bicutan, Paranaque. The unit is approxiately 35 sqm.
The client wanted to rent out the unit. This project was a collaboration with a designer. Design images and construction by propertypreviewph.com.
Note: The challenge with doing a renovation project at Azure was that the elevators were quite small thus, bringing up materials like 4 x 8 plywood, or anything of that size became very difficult.
